Shove the Pig's Foot a Little Further into the Fire

Truth will out. I am away at Fiddle and Dance camp with my daughter. While playing triangle and accordian. I hope to blog, at least if Kurt gets my photos up...

It's beautiful, been to a Cajun jam before 8 a.m. (or was it left over from last night...), and my tent stayed dry. What more could you want?

Black and White in Color 2

More on the project. In a funny way these images bring me closer to Ansel Adams and Brett and Edward Weston. I met Ansel in California years ago. His darkroom made me crazy because he used a loud metronome to time the rocking of the trays. I honor these photographers—their images are indelible. And so I persist, perhaps looking for my own indelible image.
