
I was in Susan's studio and the sight of the figure models caught my eye. They seemed to be waiting their turn if not outright auditioning for the next great piece. It is eay to assign such feelings to an object that was surely created with the design that they be used for art but how about the more industrial and utilitarian ? Did the creators of this dumpster revel in it's future as a "piece" ?


I like to think of some art as a team effort even if many don't know they're on the team.
